Description: Changes some graphics for better visibility.

Notes:

• Makes the background galaxy dimmer when zoomed out.
• Makes the hex grid brighter.
• Makes the sector border bright red.
• Makes the ship range line bright yellow.
• Makes the area of effect circles for constructors, starbases and ranged attacks brighter and thicker.
• Does not need a new game to take effect.
